All systems are installed by fully qualifies technicians and full user and administrator training packages are included in the service. Your systems will always be supported with a bespoke ServiceLevel Agreement, to ensure your systems' software versions are always up-to-date and that agreed engineering and support-desk response and fix times are documented and repoted against.

 

 

VC:me Additional Services

Call Recording:  With VC:me you can also request for a meeting to be recorded and stored for future / scheduled playback.

Streaming:  Users who cannot attend your video meeting can access a streamed connection of the meeting

Operator Assist:  Why not request an “operator” who can be called by telephone for ad-hoc changes and support and can also be called into your video call to offer support.

Monthly Reports:  VC:me can deliver bespoke reports to assist with your internal billing and management reporting.
