We are committed to being aggressive in our attitude towards quality and customer service, primarily since we want to be ranked as the "best" in our business.  Quality is not just another goal, it is our basic strategy for stability and future growth.

   

OBJECTIVES

Our objectives are to supply, install, maintain & support audio visual presentation and communication solutions incorporating  products and technical service of the highest standards, which meet customers’ pre-agreed expectations. We will achieve this by ensuring all our staff are fully trained to meet the requirements of their job, to be fully aware of the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to our products and services and to provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all out customers and to their colleagues. Our goal is Total Quality Management--fully satisfying our customers’ requirements through a process of continuous improvement.

PRIORITY

Our customers demand and warrant high quality products and service, and security of their information - it is our responsibility to give them what they want. If we don't they will find someone who can. We work in partnership with our customers. If customer requirements are unclear, or are missing any essential specifications, it our job to seek out a better understanding of their needs, and ensure the end result is delivered on time, to the agreed specification and at the agreed price. If we fail at any time, then we must determine what went wrong and assure that it doesn't happen again.

It is critical that we all understand that Total Quality Management is not a short term programme. It's a long term commitment aimed at continuously improving the way we work, providing a safe work environment, managing our business processes and our supplier selection/retention. It is our goal to position our company for market expansion, thereby providing improved job security and quality of life for all.

It must be clearly understood that we will not allow quality to take second place. All employees have the right to question their supervisor's decisions or actions if they feel that quality is being compromised
